Cancellation Policy

Rutland Medical Solutions Ltd. offers appointments at our clinical hub on the premise that the patient meets the clear inclusion criteria on our website. Whilst every effort will be made by our Clinical Administrators to identify prior to your appointment unsuitable appointment requests, no refunds will be provided if during your consultation it becomes apparent that it is necessary to refer you to another service for more appropriate care, for example Accident and Emergency. Your health and wellbeing is our number one priority and care decisions will always be focused on ensuring you receive the best care possible. If you have any uncertainty whether it is suitable for you to attend, please feel free to give our friendly clinical administration team a call who will be glad to help answer any queries you may have. Failure to attend or cancellation within 2 hours of your appointment will result in the full fee being charged. Cancellation prior to this will incur a £20 administration charge.
