TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR AESTHETIC TREATMENT SERVICES

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of aesthetic treatment services (“Services”) by Rutland Medical Solutions Ltd. (“Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By booking or receiving any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must be 18 years or older
2.2 You must complete a full medical history and consultation form prior to treatment.
2.3 The Provider reserves the right to decline, postpone, or cancel treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

3. Appointment Bookings and Payments

3.1 Full payment is required in advance to secure an appointment.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

4.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

4.2 Cancellations will result in a £20 administration charge being deducted from your refund.
4.2 Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the full amount paid
4.3 Repeated cancellations may result in denial of future services.

5. Treatment Outcomes

5.1 Aesthetic treatments vary by individual, and results are not guaranteed.
5.2 Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for documentation and professional evaluation.
5.3 With your explicit written consent, photographs may also be used for marketing or educational purposes.

6. Medical Disclosure

6.1 You agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding your medical history, medications, allergies, and prior aesthetic procedures.
6.2 You agree to update the Provider with any changes to your medical condition prior to treatment.

7. Risks and Side Effects

7.1 All aesthetic treatments carry certain risks, including but not limited to redness, bruising, swelling, discomfort, infection, allergic reactions, and treatment failure.
7.2 Your practitioner will explain risks during the consultation, and you may ask questions before consenting.

8. Aftercare

8.1 You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.
8.2 Failure to adhere to aftercare instructions may negatively affect outcomes and increase risks.

9. Refunds

9.1 Due to the personal and variable nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not offered on completed Services.
9.2 If a treatment is deemed unsafe to perform before commencement, the Provider may offer a refund or alternative service at its discretion.

10. Liability

10.1 The Provider is not responsible for adverse results caused by failure to disclose information, non-adherence to aftercare, or treatments performed by other providers.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider’s liability is limited to the cost of the Service provided.

11. Privacy

11.1 All personal and medical information is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
11.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

12. Amendments

The Provider may update these Terms periodically. The most recent version will be available upon request and applies to all future Services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

CLIENT DISCLAIMER & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By booking services with us and signing the booking form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Voluntary Consent

I understand that I am voluntarily requesting and consenting to receive aesthetic treatments as chosen on the website at the time of booking.

2. Understanding of Risks

I acknowledge that I have been informed of the nature, purpose, and expected outcomes of the treatment, as well as the potential risks, side effects, and complications, which may include but are not limited to:

Redness, bruising, swelling, tenderness
Infection
Allergic reactions
Pigment changes or scarring
Asymmetry or unsatisfactory results

I understand that no treatment is without risks.

3. No Guarantees

I understand that results vary by individual and no guarantees have been made regarding treatment outcomes.

4. Medical Disclosure

I confirm that:

I have disclosed full and accurate information regarding my medical history, medications, allergies, and any previous aesthetic treatments.
I will inform the Provider of any changes to my health prior to treatment.

I understand that failing to disclose information may increase risks.

5. Aftercare Responsibilities

I acknowledge that I have been given aftercare instructions and understand that failure to follow them may affect my results or increase risks.

6. Photography Consent

I consent to photographs being taken for clinical documentation.

7. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge Rutland Medical Solutions Ltd, its practitioners, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or connected with the aesthetic treatment I receive, including those due to negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

8. Right to Withdraw

I understand I may withdraw my consent at any time prior to the start of treatment. Once treatment has begun, fees may be non-refundable.
