Rutland Medical Solutions Ltd is a Care Quality Commission–registered, family-run organisation founded by an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and award winning Critical Care Paramedic, after our team recognised a clear gap in the quality of medical support routinely offered to local event organisers. With decades of combined experience in Pre-Hospital Emergency Care and the NHS, our founders set out to raise the standard—delivering a level of care that truly reflects the needs of today’s events, environments, and communities.

Our team members have previously worked from the heart of London to the front lines of Afghanistan and bring unparalleled experience to remote, complex, and high-risk settings.

Recognising the incredible talent we had within our team, we wanted to offer these services on a daily basis to our local community. In addition to our event services, Rutland Medical Solutions proudly operates a dedicated Clinical and Wellbeing Hub—offering rapid-access urgent care and wellbeing support for the local community and visiting clients.

Our Clinical and Wellbeing Hub provides:

• Same-day assessment and treatment for minor injuries and urgent health concerns

• Follow-up reviews for sports injuries, including concussion pathways

• General wellbeing services, including health checks, advice, and preventative care

• Access to experienced clinicians with pre-hospital and NHS backgrounds

 

The Clinical and Wellbeing Hub is designed to give people fast, reassuring, and expert-led care without long waits—supporting recovery, promoting wellbeing, and ensuring continuity beyond the initial point of injury.
