Rutland Medical Solutions Ltd is a Care Quality Commission registered, family-run business set up after its founders noticed a distinct lack in the usual service provided to event organisers in the local area. Drawing from their decade's worth of experience working in Pre-Hospital Emergency Care and the NHS, they decided to do something about it.

 

Designed to be tailored to an individual or organisation's personal needs, we offer a variety of services. Working with a full range of medical and logistical support staff, we are well placed to ensure the provision of high quality, patient focussed care that goes beyond that of standard event first aid including additional skills such as wound closure, advanced airway, and pain management to pre- hospital anaesthetics. We specialise in delivering this care in all manner of remote and unusual locations, with people in our team having previously worked everywhere from the city centre of London to Afghanistan!

After a little while in the business, we quickly realised that there was a huge advantage of having all these experienced staff members... there was a further significant gap in the market for training delivered by people who know what it was like to respond to emergencies on a regular basis and for training to be delivered in a practical environment, with realistic simulations to enhanced people’s learning. To change this for local businesses, Rutland Medical Solutions offer a comprehensive package of training courses to suit all environments and needs. To date, they have provided training to Water Sports Centres, Schools, Youth Workers, and many more.
