Thank you for booking either a course at our Education Centre, or an appointment in our Clinical and Wellbeing Hub. Below are hopefully clear instructions on how to find us and what to do when you get here. Where To Go…
We are located in the heart of the small market town of Oakham, just off the A1 in the county of Rutland.
You can find us on the first floor of Unit 7 in Oakham Office Park above Grandhome Furnishings, just round the corner from the BP Garage, Costa and McDonalds.
Our full address is: Unit 7 Oakham Office Park, Saddler’s Court, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 7GH.
When you enter Oakham Office Park, our building is right in front of you. Please turn right into the business park, and immediately left to drive past the front of our building.
Parking
Please park in the allocated bays, as shown by the orange boxes below. Parking is very limited at our site, so we have carefully planned parking to ensure there is space for everyone who needs it.
When You Arrive
Please ring the left buzzer on the intercom and our friendly receptionist will answer to let you in. Proceed up the stairs or make use of our lift just after the stairs on the left-hand side. Once upstairs, please make your way through the door to our reception area where you will be booked in for your appointment.
Clinical Hub Useful Information
•Please aim to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before your appointment. We only have 2 parking spaces for patients and value the privacy of a quiet waiting room for our clients. Thank you.
•Complimentary hot and cold drinks are available, please help yourself. We have a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, still water and occasional a seasonal special!
•While waiting for your appointment, please feel free to browse our small selection of magazines or relax and watch a spot of tv!
•Toilets are located on our entrance landing. These are unisex with the right door being accessibility friendly. If you find yourself needing female sanitary items, please help yourself to our complimentary small supply in the cupboard, but please refrain from restocking your own supply with ours, as this will mean there won’t be enough for other people!
•If you have any accessibility requirements, please give us a call prior to your arrival to ensure we can best assist you.
Education Centre Useful Information

Please ensure you have read all pre joining information prior to attending one of our courses.

Where possible, please lift share to help our planet and our limited parking situation. It is greatly appreciated if all students can please respect our neighbours when parking on Maresfield Road.

On site we have a small kitchen area equipped with a kettle, microwave and fridge which all students are free to use. Please feel free to bring your lunch and place in the fridge, or if not temperature controlled, make use of a student pigeonhole to store your personal possessions. Complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate is available with semi-skimmed milk brought in daily.
