Cancellation Policy

Rutland Medical Solutions Ltd. offers appointments at our wellbeing hub on the premise that the client booking services are well enough to attend. Your health and wellbeing is our number one priority and care decisions will always be focused on ensuring you receive the best care possible. If you have any uncertainty whether it is suitable for you to attend, please feel free to give our friendly clinical administration team a call who will be glad to help answer any queries you may have. If you fail to arrive at your appointment or cancel within 48 hours, the full charge will apply. Any cancellations or changes to appointments will incur a £20 administration charge.
